By downloading or using Prospekt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prospekt for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Prospekt, including its design, code, and branding, remain with the developer. Photos you capture using the app belong to you.

Disclaimer

Prospekt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The simulated focal lengths are approximations and may not perfectly match the behavior of physical lenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
